By using this website or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms together with the policies referenced on our website.
2. Our Online Store
Bavari is an online retailer.
Products displayed on our website are subject to availability. Many of our current products are final remaining stock and may not be restocked once sold.
We reserve the right to discontinue products, restrict quantities or limit availability where necessary.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
3. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, measurements, photographs, colours and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting and individual devices.
Sizing information is provided to help customers select an appropriate size. Please check the relevant product information and size guide before ordering.
4. Prices
Prices shown on our website are the prices applicable at the time an order is placed, subject to any discount or promotional offer valid at that time.
The amount payable will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
We may change product prices or promotions at any time, but changes will not affect an order that we have already accepted.
If we discover an obvious pricing or listing error after an order has been placed, we will contact you before fulfilling the order. You may then confirm the purchase at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.
5. Placing an Order
When you place an order, you are offering to purchase the selected products from us.
Receiving an automated order confirmation does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted for fulfilment.
We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch where there is a legitimate reason to do so, including:

suspected fraudulent or unauthorised activity

the delivery destination not being supported

an unreasonable quantity or suspected resale order
If we cannot fulfil an order for which payment has already been taken, the relevant amount will be refunded.
6. Payment
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.
You must provide accurate billing and payment information and be authorised to use the payment method selected.
Payments are processed through our authorised payment providers. We do not directly store complete payment-card details.
7. Delivery
Available delivery destinations, methods, times and charges are displayed at checkout.
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom and to Ireland and selected European destinations. Availability for a particular destination is determined at checkout.
Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery times unless we have expressly agreed otherwise.

8. Same-Day London Courier Collection
Where agreed with us in advance, customers may arrange their own same-day courier to collect an order from our Neasden, NW2 fulfilment location.
This service must be arranged with us before ordering and is subject to our availability.
Customers must not attend the fulfilment location personally. Orders arranged under this service are handed directly to the authorised courier driver.
The customer arranges and pays the courier directly. Any agreement between the customer and their chosen courier provider is separate from the purchase contract with Bavari.

9. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Your rights to cancel an online order and return goods are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
The refund value of a returned item is based on the amount actually paid for that item at the time of purchase, including any discounts or promotional reductions applied.
Nothing in these Terms or our Returns & Refunds Policy restricts your statutory rights in relation to goods that are faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise do not meet applicable consumer-law requirements.
10. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product and size availability.
As many of our current products are final remaining stock, we cannot guarantee that an alternative size or style will remain available when a return reaches us.

11. Accuracy and Website Errors
We take reasonable steps to keep information on our website accurate and current.
Occasionally, information may contain typographical errors, technical errors or omissions relating to matters such as descriptions, prices, promotions, delivery charges or stock availability.
Where an error affects an order, we will correct it and contact the customer where necessary.
12. Website Availability
We may update, suspend or change parts of the website where reasonably necessary, including for maintenance, security or technical reasons.
We do not guarantee that the website will always be available without interruption or technical errors.
This does not affect any rights relating to orders already accepted by us.
13. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content of this website, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, designs and other material owned by Bavari may not be reproduced, copied, distributed or used commercially without our permission.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to the user.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your statutory rights relating to goods supplied by us.
We are not responsible for losses that could not reasonably have been foreseen when the contract was entered into or for losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
If you are purchasing products as a consumer, we are not responsible for business losses such as loss of profit, revenue or business opportunity resulting from a consumer purchase.
