Methods of Payment and Shipment

• Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods to cater to your convenience. You can complete your purchase using Credit Cards, PayPal, ShopPay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Union Pay, or Gift Cards from our shop.
• Delivery Provider: Orders will be sent via a Parcel Service such as EVRI, Yodel or the likes, depending on your delivery address. You can choose between Standard and Express Delivery.
• Dispatch Time: Orders confirmed before 14:00 pm UK time will be dispatched on the same day. Orders received on Sundays will be dispatched on Mondays. Our Urban Range products are manufactured in the country closest to your delivery address. This ensures a speedy and efficient dispatch and delivery time, typically within 2-5 days.
• Delivery Time: We strive for a swift delivery, typically within 2-3 days from the day you placed your order. Please note that this excludes weekends and bank holidays. If you choose express delivery your order will be fulfilled with Next-Day delivery from our Parcel Service Provider and are subject to their drop off times.
• Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. This allows you to monitor your package's journey right up to your doorstep.

Local Same-Day Delivery & Pickup

Bavarian Costumes: Our Bavarian Costumes Product Range offers additional options for your convenience.

• Local Same-Day Delivery: For customers in London who urgently need their Oktoberfest outfit, we can arrange same-day delivery. Please note that the cost for delivery via a courier service like Uber or Addison Lee will be the responsibility of the customer. We recommend getting in touch with us, and we'll do our best to find the most suitable solution for your urgent needs. We recommend employing a local delivery services like Uber for this purpose.
• Order Pickup: For those who prefer a hands-on approach, we offer a convenient Order Pickup option from our Neasden Depot. Pickup orders are free of delivery charges and can be fulfilled on an adhoc basis, upon agreement.  
• Local Same-Day Delivery and Order Pickup Availability: Local Same-Day Delivery and Order Pickup options are convenient services we offer for our Bavarian Costumes Product Range. However, please note that their availability cannot be guaranteed 365 days a year and is subject to availability. To arrange for these services, please get in touch with our customer service. When these services are available, we aim for immediate fulfilment and handle these requests with the utmost urgency. We understand that there may be times when you need your Oktoberfest outfit urgently, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request when possible. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Shipping Costs

• Reliable Shipping: At Bavari, we offer reliable shipping services both within the United Kingdom and internationally. Rest assured, your order will be carefully dispatched to ensure its safe arrival.
• Import Duties and Costs: For international orders, please be aware that any duties and import costs that may arise are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for specific information on potential charges.
• Shipping Cost Calculation: Shipping costs vary based on the weight of your package and its destination. You can easily determine the exact shipping costs for your purchase in the shopping cart before finalizing your order. Simply add your desired items to the shopping cart, select the shipping address, and you'll receive an accurate calculation of the shipping costs.
• Consolidation of Multiple Purchases: For your convenience, multiple purchases from the Bavarian Costumes Product Range can be consolidated into a single shipment. This option is available as long as payment hasn't been completed, and shipping hasn't occurred. Please note that the shipping of our Urban Range Products and Bavarian Costumes is handled separately, as they are stored in different depots. Consequently, these products cannot be consolidated into a single shipment. We're dedicated to ensuring all your orders arrive promptly and safely.

Changing Your Order

• Modification Requests: We understand that circumstances may change after you've placed your order. If you need to make any changes, please contact us as soon as possible.

• Delivery Address Changes: Please be aware that once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to modify the delivery address. In such cases, we won't reship your package if you're unable to collect it. We appreciate your understanding.
