Ordering & Finding the right product
On our site you can make use of the filter function to browse our collections and find the right product. If you have an specific item that you are looking for, you can also use our search function on the upper right hand side of your screen.

To purchase an item simply select the size and add it to your cart. If you wish to continue shopping, you can return to your cart at any point by clicking the icon in the top right-hand corner. Once you proceed to check out, you will be ask to enter your payment details and information depending on the chosen check out procedure.
You can use our website as a guest or save your details for future orders. Of course your details and your privacy are secured at any given point while you browse on our secured website.
Once your order has been placed you will receive all important status updates and tracking numbers via email so you are always in the loop.
Methods of payment and shipment
Your order will be shipped as soon as we have received payment. We accept the following methods of payment: Credit Cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay
If confirmation of your payment is received before 14.00 pm UK time your order will be dispatched that same day. Orders received on Saturday/Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.
We try to send packages within 24 hours with the exception of weekends and during bank holidays. After your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number by email to follow your package along its trip to your doorstep.
Our Urban Range products are being produce in the country closest to the delivery address which guarantees a short and efficient dispatch and delivery time. The average dispatch time for Urban Range products are 2-5 days.
Shipping
We ship throughout the United Kingdom and International. Once your package is dispatched you will receive a tracking number and notifications of the status of your order. We collate multiple purchases into a single shipment and as long as payment has not been completed and shipping has not already taken place, we can combine several separate orders into one delivery shipment.
Shipping costs will vary depending upon the package weight and country. You can see the exact shipping costs for your purchase in the shopping cart before you finalise your order: simply click your items into the shopping cart, select the shipping address and you will see an accurate calculation of the shipping costs for the items.
The easiest way to work out the exact shipping costs for your purchases is to click and place the items directly into the shopping cart, select the destination country, your choice of shipping service and you’ll see a calculation of the exact costs for the items in your basket.
Changing your order
Once your order has been placed, we will work as quickly as possibly to ensure it is sent out to you. If you do happen to have any changes, please make sure you contact us as soon as possible. You can email us at info@bavarishop.com or use our Instant Messenger service right on this website.
Returns Process
If you are not completely satisfied with the goods you have received in your order, we accept returns for refund or exchange if returned within 20 days of delivery. You can return goods for a full refund of the purchase price at any time within 20 days of receipt.

Once we have received your order it will be inspected to ensure it meets all our returns criteria. As soon as the return is approved, we will send you an email to notify you of your refund.
