If you are not completely satisfied with the goods you have received in your order, we accept returns for refund or exchange if returned within 14 days of delivery. You can return goods for a full refund of the purchase price at any time within 14 days of receipt.

Refund & Processing times:

We typically process returns within 3-5 business days after the carrier delivers the item to our Returns Center. When we complete processing your return, you can choose for the refund to be issued to the original payment method or as a Gift Card balance.

Once we issue your refund to the original payment method, it takes additional time for your financial institution to make funds available in your account. This can be within 3-10 business days depending on your financial provider. Gift card balances are issued by us on the same day.

If you are a Gift recipients you can return your gift directly to us. Our return policy also applies to Gifts - however the Return will be automatically handled via Gift Card Balance. Please do get in touch if you have any further questions.
